This file in Zip format.  Create a folder on the desktop to download the demo into.  Double click on the zipped file.   Extract in the same folder containing the zipped file.  Double click the setup icon and setup will install all required files and create a program group.  After installation move the downloaded zipped file to another location for safe keeping and delete the folder that was used to unzip the demo in.
