This program has not been Zipped.   Download to the desk top and it is ready to run.  This program requires VBRUN40032.dll  in order to run.  If you don't already have this file on your computer, you can get it by downloading and installing Cabinet Creator 3.25, or by downloading the file here.  Once downloaded just run the program vb4run32.exe and it will place the necessary files where the are needed.
